now starting to do on take off at low rev's with no boost

have a ba mkII xr6turbo when hard throttling cuts out at 3500rpm have been to ford dealers and changed throttle body and resealed intake manifold errors show throttle body forced shutdown engine runs rough now after installing throttle body wonting to know if anyone has this problem
