good to know, but I still hate paying speeding fines so I don't think I will push it too much.....

How many confirmed now Trumpy?

I think my little NA is the twin of Dynosteves 490KW XR6T. It's all good, I'll catch him on the corners with my fully sick 182kW. Tee hee tee hee hee.....

I personally think it would only look good with the blue le mans stripes on a Winter White XR8.. IMO the XR8 Bonnet would set off the stripes. If I had too much money, I would give it a go, but seeing I don't, standard is the way for me....

My car is HgAg.. I absolutly love it and it hides the dirt really well too... I would definatly get it again if it is available in the next model Ford brings out. If I was to get a second XR, I think it would be Blood Orange as I think it is a very cool colour. I'm just a bit cautious with the wild colours as they tend to get a bit out dated just like the Tiger colour did in the VT commo's. The base colours like silver, black, blue and red never go out of style...

Picked mine up on the 6 Jan 2003. Have had next to no problems too. Can't wait for the next model.....

I have seen carbon fibre XR8 bonnets in the nsw tradingpost for around $800.00 Just need a paint job on them. There are also Carbon Fibre GT Rear Wings as well, about $600 I think. Don't quote me, but definately do not pay that much for a bonnet. Many many cheaper alternatives

Single Turbo will also be considered. It will all depend on costs, performance and availibility of these parts. It is a bit of a dream project for him. Hopefully there are some members that have the expertise and connections that may make this project possible.

I will make a sample with the entire XR6T in the vinyl. We have also found a solution to the raised effect. Stoneguard protector film. I'm just going to have a play around with this product to see how it holds up and what it looks like. I will keep you posted. Also, the only reason I had the 'T' in that font was because it was the same as the 'T' out of the rear TURBO badge. I thought keeping the T similar would keep the same TURBO theme through out. I tried a couple of hundred fonts and that one was honestly the best. Basically what it will come down to is 'You Like it, or you don't like it' Unfortunately my time and resources are not unlimited and these demos cost me money. Also, If the entire XR6T badge is made from vinyl the cost will drop dramatically as the need for a new XR6 badge from FMC is no longer required and at $20dollars each, you can imagine. For those of you that have placed orders, I will hold off until Monday or Tuesday to post out your orders as they will be a lower price if you go for the Full Vinyl set. Best Regards Sash

I have no idea what font that is vik. if you find out, let me know
-
What be all red? The entire XR6T?
-
BTW, the 'T' dimentions are 22mm x 70mm if anyone wants to have a go. Also, I'm currently sourcing some thinker vynal so it will stand out a bit like the XR6 badge.
-
The 'T' is made out of signwriting Vynal (0.30mm). I priced getting it mad from 1mm adhevesive rubber for the raised look and the price was nearly $80 each letter, so in total the price would be arount the $180 mark at cost with the new XR6 Badge. (I wouldn't imagine anyone would pay that.) As for the Font. Has anyone got a font in mind. This one is just a demo so it can be changed very easily. If it needs to be changed... help me out. Cheers Sash

Was it a bad batch of gears? I have done 17000ks now and haven't noticed this. I will listen for it now to make sure.
