Just under 10 000 in 3 months. Just did a run up to Exmouth and averaged 10.6L per 100 or about 600kms to the tank. Triple road trains just dont matter anymore :

Name: Ian Age: 37 Location: Perth sometimes Male Single Occupation: Equipment operator/ trainer with a large iron ore company in the pilbara (nw WA) basically bigger kid in a bigger sandpit playing with bigger tonka toys. Only problem is that I only get to to drive my car 1 week out of 3 Current Car: 2003 Merc Silver XR6T
  4. I found that by getting in half hour of exercise before breakfast helped more than at night. Maintaining about 1 kilo every two weeks weight loss. Keep carb intake to unrefined grains eg. wholemeal bread, brown rice (not as boring as it sounds) plenty of fish, chicken and fresh vegies. The goal is to keep up with the exercise as well, you can't just rely on diet alone. There still has to be an easier way (liposuction).
  5. Only 4 more days till I get to drive my T again. Working away from it has knobs on
  6. Had mine for three days before I had to go back to work for 2 weeks. Miss it more than my girlfriend
