Its a manual. yer I know its weird it brings up that code. a mate reckeons it might be cause of the heavy duty clutch that I put in and that its messing with the computer cos its been tunred to a standard clutch therefore not needing as much force to get it going or something like that ??? But I dunno

yer got a boost guage. I brought car not too long ago , and he said not much was done to it. all I know of is aftermarket intercooler . blow off valve. and capa flash box was tuned with the car. tthing I dont get is that I never noticed the problem before I did clutch .. I just sprayed heaps of aerostart over car and there is no vaccum leaks , then put half a tank of 98 in .. took it for a spin and car went okay for a bit and didnt boost over 11psi ,played up a bit but not as much .. then 1km down the road went back to sh*t again

it had probly 1/4 of tank of 98 before I filled up with 95 and problem was still there before so its not a fuel problem problems only since a new clutch has been in

why is everyone concerned on fuel its got full tank of 98 now

the fuel dontt matter I added actane booster and tank was empty within two days. 98 is like $1.60 my way :S anyone else had any problems similar not even ford have any idea , plus there uslees anyway and dnt wanna know anything about it, checked over all hoses today all seemd fine . then drove it and pushed it hard in 1st gear and boosted like 17 psi and blew the bung out of the black turbo manifold looking thing on top or what ever its called . and also blew off a hose on bottom of manifold.

Yes it was tuned with a capa flash box and was dyno,d apparently. I tryedd setting it back to factory but seemed to make no difference. it cost me 100 bucks to fill 52 litres and cost me 85 with the 95 and being on second yr apprentice wages dont help the back pockets its only reason I filled up with that

hey guys pre new on here so here is my situation . I replaced the clutch on my 02 ba xr6 turbo on the weekend. since then I have put one full tank of 95 unleaded coz I was too poor to afford 98.. for few days now when I put my foot flat to the floor and it hits boost it goes fine till it hits about 4000RPM it shudders and looses all power , sometimes comes good , but most time it just boggs down and goes no where and have to fully back off.. I pluged scan tool in and keeps coming up with 'torque converter clutch pressure control solenoid control circuit high' any one got any ideas on what could be .. boost guage says its boosting at 14 psi. but scan tools try saying 167 kpa witch I looked on google and that's like 22 psi I think . so I dont know whats going on,, any help would be appreciated cheers
