  1. I've got a 4speed Chris, They aren't bad to drive at all. I would give ISP or Altatec a call and see what tow bar packages they sell to suit, they will tell you quickly what will work where and if you can get it plated to run the 2300kg you need.
  2. There is no intentional camber on the car, but it got a wheel alignment today and it was out a lot, so it may have been off a bit. It would be the fish eye lens that is causing that distortion.
  3. I just spoke to the local locksmith, If I supply the key he will program the transponder and cut the key for $91.00. He also said he can supply genuine Ford flip keys, cut and programed for around the 160 mark (he was driving as I spoke to him, and couldn't verify this). The $91 for cutting and programming seems rather steep to me, so I'll shop around on sunday and see what I can come up with. weaves
  4. I'm glad everyone shares the same views on the mags, it helps me justify buying new ones sooner!. I only picked the car up last thursday, so I'm still worried some little devil problem will show it's head. So far the worst I have heard is the centre diff bush is flogged. Not a easy job, but nothing a morning working on the car won't fix. For a 8 year old car, the bodywork on this thing hasn't ceased to amaze me, I've had most my mates look it over from mechanics to pannel beaters, all can't beleive how straight it is, My panel beater/spray painter mate suggested I on sell it before I destroy like I have my 4wd. lol @ Worm - those starcorp impuls look awesome, I'll definately short list those. @ qik1 - when im ready to buy some coilovers, I'll chase him up about them, cheers thanks Weaves
  5. Hey guys/girls, I'm very new here. And I joined up to learn as much as I can about my new purchase. Here is my first Ford, my first turbo, and my first auto (a lot of firsts). It's bog stock standard, 140k, 18 inch mags (which I don't like at all). I have no immediate plans to do any major mods, I would like to get new mags (still 18s). My long term goals would be to nudge 300kw, a set of coilovers + sway bars and for it to look as sleeperish as possible. If anyone has any opinions, or info on where to find coilover kits, or some decent non chrome 18's, I would love to hear them. Cheers Weaves
  6. Is there any reason I couldn't just get the key (aftermarket flip key) programmed through the transponder at the locksmiths while having the key cut? Weaves
