No it got louder once I removed it and it vibrates but only when I take off

Hi guys I have a problem with my lights, they stay on once I start the car. The dash lights dont come on until I actually turn the them on but the front and rear ones stay on 24/7 what would be the problem

Hi guys, I have noticed recently that my exhaustis starting to make a shuttering sound once I take off. I had a look under the car and noticed that a chunk of the heat shield was hanging off so I removed it. Is it safe to say that that is the reason for the rattle because the exhaust system it self seems to have no loose bolts. If this is the case can I purchase heat sheild from any auto shop
