Hey prudent, thx very much for that. I spoke with the service guys and said that I had an answer off the xr6turbo forum, to which the reply came "I don't listen to the crap off the forums." However, they have booked it in and I would imagine that they will upgrade the software and it'll work fine! I think they just get jealous that there are ppl out there that know more than they do!!! Thanks heaps for that. Will let you know if that was the culprit.

Yea, I approached the ford guys and they asked me "do I know how to change the settings on the phone, because there is no problem with the car", amongst other little gripes. I guess if other ppl have had problems, might tell them to reflash it and see if that helps. I guess it can't make it worse, theoretically. I just couldn't fathom a car that is iPod/iPhone friendly, that it doesn't work properly with the damn thing.

Has anyone else had a problem with the Bluetooth? I have an 09-plated, and an iPhone with the latest software. I can make calls fine, but I cannot for the life of me recieve them!! It shows on the screen, I press the steering wheel button, and then the screen says 'Disconnected', and the call is received on my handset. All the settings I can see on my phone say handle with Bluetooth. Anyone?
