ive had a look underneath and all is fine I think its an electrical problem.. ive just come back in from putting the terminal back on the battery after a good half hour and it still thinks its in reverse ( instrument cluster ) and wont attempt to kick over because of it also checked both fuse panels ( in cabin and engine bay ) for anything to do with the gearbox and there all fine aswell is there anywhere in brisbane where I can get a plug in diagnostics done on a sunday ? might help considering my engine lights came on

good god I hope not... the box is all sloppy its not "shifting" into gears with it turned off or anything... its a stock bf turbo I can push it forward and back no worries with the car off I just dont get it, I rolled up dropped stuff off got back in hit reverse which felt sloppy then it wouldnt select anything else :( instrument panel lit up like a damn xmas tree

Hi guys, rocked up to my mates place to drop something off today.. pushed it into reverse, backed out his driveway and it wouldnt engaged drive or any other gear, tried turning it off and back on now it wont start cause it thinks its still in reverse. if I turn the ignition on the engine light comes on. had to push the damn thing into my mates yard and leave it there what the hells going on does anybody heard of this happening before ? checked for leaks cant see any either

excellent.. thanks guys I have no bargaining experience admittedly, how much would you intend to knock off price wise on carsales private car sellers in general ? based on a 30k car that is as they all tend to have negotiable asterix's next to their price I looked round on here and sourced out info for the tonneau plugs so its not a concern anymore

hey guys just in the market for an xr6t ute few questions I have to start off with, im looking to spend about 25k bit more if I have to - do I look for a cheap bf or settle for a ba ? - main differences between both? driveline, handling, brakes etc - id prefer a hardlid but whats the go with the torneau covers, some have the loop holders around the edge of the ute and some dont ? - whats the general price range and klm's clocked up on ba's or bf's that I should be looking for ? cheers also just another quick question sorry.. whats the difference between a normal xr6t and an mkII xr6t ?
