Battery is fine, the car wouldn be trying to start I the battery was stuffed. Its hard to say how bad the coil was, it has a couple of little cracks in the top of it.

My tuner told me I cant go back to the stock tune because I have bigger injectors, is that true.

Ok so my car broke down on monday last week, the fuel pump sh*t its self had it changed & was goin good. Now 6 days later my car broke down again, have no idea why. I was just cruizin I went to put the foot down & it got stuck and wouldnt go over 3 1/2 grand, so I was just driving now & than it started dropping speed pretty quick I couldnt accelerate & then it died, now it wont start. It's trying so hard to start but it just wont go that extra mile. I had a look at the coyles 1 of them looks pretty stuffed, but I thought the car would still run even with one of the coyles being stuffed. Can any1 help.

Back to a bit of an old topic, this problem went away & the car was going great but it has now come back again really bad. It pops & chokes when I take off,any ideas of ho to fix.

Thanks Guys, nah I havn't done anything about it yet I have been lazy, although I should try have a go at doing it myself, any ideas of where I could buy the linning from.

HI All My sunroof is leaking & now I hav water marks on the roof. Does any 1 know where you can get new roof lining I also want to make it carpet like on the back of the sets in the back. cheers

I went to bakes plus today in hoppers crossing spoke to the guy about my brakes, he said he had anther BA in there a couple of weeks go he said it sounds like the same thing that guy had he told me they had to rebuild the brake master cyclinder. I have my car boked in next saturday (bit if a bitch I cant get there during the week)... he is going to send the cyclinder to be rebuilt mostly likely it should cost around $550. Has anyone else ever hd this done before? Has it helped?

Hi Guy I have a BA 04 mode xr6 turbo, this whole shudder in the brakes is so bad at times its really violent like kinda hard to keep the car straight. I changed the front discs now have brand new slotted DBA & it still does it now that I have the DBA I think its worst this is really fustrating.....GRRRRR There has to be a better way than having to get your disc machined every few thound kays my BA is 7 years newer than my last car & 20 years newer than the car I had before that I never had a problem with them cars.

When im driving it sometimes feels like the pads are stuck on the discs the steering wheel shakes really bad & its hard to keep the car straight. Does anyone have anyidea what this coul be?

Hey guys what do poeple recommend dose pipe or BOV? Whats legal? Do you lose power when u take the vaccum hose off?

I have already cleaned the throttle body not that long ago didnt really chance anything, as for the TPS not sure I want to do that coz the guys reckons it can F**K up other stuff I was readying in an older topic that someone was asking who can change the oxygen sensor - they said more or less any machanic I want to change mine myself the guy who tuned my car said that would be fine and I wouldnt do anything to the tune.

Just recently had some work done on my car, now when I start the car is fine for the first minute or so than the revs drop and it has a fit for about anther minute or so then the revs will go back up to normal, anyone know why. The guys changed something in the custom tune but it didnt work. He thinks I should change the oxygen sensor coz hat could be sh*tty, is there away of being able to clean the sensor. Or does anyone else have any ideas wat it might be.

Dont reset the tps like that!!! Mine was like that had no warning lights at all. Try cleaning the sensor I dont think it fixed my car completely but it help a hell of a lot... it hard to tell at the moment coz my car sits outside at night in a big back yard and starting it at 4am I dont no if its the cold weather is doing it now or not.

HI Guys My car feels like it goes great at the moment. Although calling a few different tuners n get some info would be a goo idea. Well I will try set it up to get a video although it may be hard coz heaps of cops hanging around the western subs last week and half... I mean heaps. I dont have a gutted cat, although with getting caught for it being to lound & all that other sh*t now coz I have the cappa box I can put the stock tune back in it at any time I want. The guys reckons it wont be as bad and it would pass, although its not that bad if I got pulled over the cops wouldn't no they would only think I have put the exhuast and that's it. Oh and the cops do have little hand held devices to check if its to loud n stuff so they can fine you for it than & there.

I only just had all the work done on it two weeks ago & it went on the dyno, 285 rwkw.

It's not to bad on fuel I would of expected it to be worst compare thow some people were talking.

You need to take the heat shield off & there should be a connection from the dump pipe if you take the connection apart you should be able to se if there is sh*t on it or not.

Hey guys asked the guy who did my car he said never to reset the throttle sencer like that it can stuff things up ive never tryed it, I through I might ask first but yeah he said not to do that. My car was hard to start & was reving like sh*t I just picked it up today so I wont be able to really notice if he has done something right untill morning when I go work, but h had a look at the oxygen sencer apprently it was full of sh*t. It something you can check yourself so maybe try that. Herurbo
