Okay so I would like to replace my speakers buutt cant acually get to the stock ones. Im too affraid to stick a flathead into a gap and let loose, is there any particular way? Cheers

When I drive along and come to a stop, with my foot flat on the clutch or in neutural my engine suddenly picks up rpm. Im not talking the slight increase it sometimes does to compensate for aircon/stereo but it acually sits on about 2k rpm.. Its starting to piss me off cuz im sitting at the lights and I look like some douche whos revving my car constantly lol Whats going on?

When I turn it seems like something is grinding, have pin pointed it to either the front or rear wheels/suspension (depends on how sharp the turn is) There are no signs of rubbing or anything like that. I just have no friggin clue whats going on :S I never noticed it before I put on pacemakes. Sometimes it seems its comming from the engine bay as well. Any help is appreciated :o btw car is fg xr6/na

Yes I do have aftermarket rims. I think Ill take it in to a tyre place some time and get it all checked out. Cheers

Just got the 15,000 k service on my non-t xr6. After hitting the freeway and going over 100km/h I notice a pretty bad shudder in the front end either suspension or front wheels. Feels like the tyres are unbalanced but Im not sure. They did include the tyre rotation and balance in the service btw. I only notice the vibrations at speeds over 107km/h and am affraid of going any faster Any suggestions? Also Ive recently heard a croaking/almost grinding sound comming from somewhere in the car. At first I thought it was in the engine bay (I got new extractors and pipe) but not I think its more at the rear end. It only really happens when I turn sharply at slow speeds. Any ideas? Cheers. Also just off topic Ive wanted to lower and basically upgrade the suspension but am not sure what springs/shocks are the best, any help there would be sweet too. Cheers

Clutch seems to be working fine Was in first and all I did was rev the engine to 2500 rpm and drop the clutch....

Okay so the other night wanted to try a launch controll. Stuck the engine to roughly 2000-2500 rpm and 'dropped' the clutch. Expecting to be catapulted into the night I was dissapointed when my engine began to rev like a bitch and I wasnt going anywhere fast.... After muttering oh sh!t and letting go of the throttle I began to hit the clutch again, noticing it wasnt fully out? The clutch was stuck half way out Smelt like crap and I was pretty annoyed hahah I also tried again this week and same thing happened. Go easy Im a newbie but yeah Am I doing anything wrong? Cheers

Was wondering if itd be worth it to get a LSD installed, as Im pretty sure Na xr6's dont come with one from the factory. Is it worth it, and will it help me have a bit more fun in the wet? cheers
