BA xr6 turbo ute 2005 6 speed manual. I replaced the fuel pump with a 525ltr in a larger FG bucket Ran a fused 10g wire direct to battery and second relay to trigger from factory relay. Tested pump and started car fine, idled for approx half hour and switched it off, all was good. Disconnected battery to do some head unit work and when I reconnected the unit, the fuel pump now does not trigger. I checked power to relay at ignition is fine. Jumped relay and still no power. Inertia switch is getting power at ignition. Jumped Inertia switch and still no power. So something is wrong somewhere between Inertia switch and pump? When I jump the second relay that I installed, the pump runs fine All fuses are good Factory relay is good Secondary relay is good Pump is good Inertia switch is good Question is, does wiring go direct from Inertia switch to pump? Or is there another break between? Pulling my hair out Thanks in advance Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/97281-fuel-pump-power-loss/ Share on other sites
