dsc fault and code p1383 at idle

hi guys just after a bit of help on the 2015 fgx has had a new motor put in by previous owner and stated that it ran fine up until a year ago and threw some timing codes "apparently" anyway have fixed some issues and codes in it eg cam cap around the wrong way, loose manifold, leaking cam sensors etc car runs perfect cold but as it gets hot every so often at idle will throw dsc fault and have the code p1383 have tried most repairs suggested in the manual and swapped parts over from spare fg. eg cam phaser and solenoids. has good oil pressure cold and hot have verified. anything else I should be looking into doing my head in  (also any way to tell if its a turbo motor put in?
