Ignition will not turn over after conected battery wrong way

Hi  I just got a new battery for my 2004 xr6t witch I conected pos to negitave and negative to posative now all electrics work windows dash  locks etc but when I turn the key  nothing any help please 

    Iv looked at ignition fuse the copper still intact but blue green substance on copper fuse in amp
