Armrest Issue N Leather Seat Query

My lovely kids had a tug of war with the passengers front door and exterminated the armrest, my trim is fine, does anyone have a complete trim or a knackered trim with armrest intact they’d sell me? Apart from the droopy head liner this is all that lets my interior down.

my car has factory leather trim the front seat has a couple of minor rub marks anyone touched there’s up? How did you do it?
