Zf6 Wont Select Performance Mode Or Manual Shift

hi guys hope someone can help me with this one been scratching my head all day.....

I changed my zf6 gear knob today and when I put it all back together which wasnt hard in its self

all of a sudden for some unkown reason it wont select performance mode or manaul shift and its

really bothering please help!!!!! its got 350 rwk and im not having any fun just leaving it in D

Might want to disconnect and discharge residual power in the car incase you've upset something then reconnect, see if that works.

If not, you may have upset a plug or something.

You changed a stock shifter knob for another stock shifter knob? Or an after market one? If aftermarket is it the same size ect and is it fully engaging when pushed sideways into perf mode?

It's not rocket science mate back track what you did, obviously you disturbed something or it's not engaging when pushed sideways.

Yep stock shifter knob it was very simple to change what could possibly go wrong lol

Just fixed it the probelm was the circuit board clip was getting proper connection

So if anyone had this problem you now know what it is
