It has a 10psi tune and has never done this before. Last fill up was 98 ultimate. I would appreciate any advice.

My 03 (NA) GT also has a similar (fluttering) "intermittent" powerloss. It recovers after backing off a little and doesnt do it with traction control on. Before you say loss of traction, it does it in 1st, 2nd and third and my GT aint that good unfortunately.

But sounds to me like youve got a miss under load, coils and plugs would be where id be looking unless theyve been changed recently.
