Rough Start

My FG has 4000 on the clock so still a baby. When I start it up, it's not a smooth ignition, sometimes it's kind of lumpy and all over the shop. Once it's started it idles fine no problems, just the ignition is way off. Much more prominent when cold.

Another issue is it's a 6sp manual, when in low revs and taking off, I hear a grinding noise. It goes away as the revs build up. Happened in all my T5 XR's. What's the deal. Also you can hear the grind noise when I switch the car off just at the end when the motor dies.

I don't know how well I've worded this but I've put as much detail as possible!

My car was idling rough on start up especially when cold and it was the oxygen sensor.

Take it back to Ford to sort out.
