Hey mate,

I've got the 05 F6 manual, with the same dramas. Just picked it up from the dif reco place, the pinon gear was getting too much axial play.... $1623 later, the lapped my crown/pinon saving me and other $600 and she's a whole heap better. Ford do not set the diff's right out of the box so they say it's pretty common to have dramas with the diffs.
