On a budget, go for the HDi kit as it will support further when you start itching for more.Monza @ 15psi made 280rwkwHDi @ 12 PSI made 302rwkwMy mods are 42lb injectors, nizpro valve springs, KN filter, 8 PSI actuator, high flow cat, 4" dump and twin 2.5" redback exhaust. It's very streetable and reliable.
