Got my sandwich plate from Supacheap today. Instrucments are a bit lacking. One side of the plate is smooth, the other has reseccess in it. It also has a rubber O ring. Now I know the O ring goes between the plate and the block but which side of the plate goes to the block? The smooth or the ridged side??
