thinking about getting the stock 19's on my typhoon sprayed black, anyone seen this done, or opinions?

I haven't seen it done, but there is definately no reason why you can't. I think honestly though it would depend on the colour of your car. White and black cars seem to look the best with black rims in my opinion.
