Took our XR to a mates place so he could run it down to the panel beaters to get a final glaze applied to the resprayed area on our door. (Damn wayward planks of wood)!!! He said "Here, take my car to go down the road to get some supplies". (Grog of course, can't spend a day working on donks without bourbon). I jumped at the opportunity. Why? Simple! It was a manual. It was a "WORKED" XE manual sedan. All Jodie could see was one enourmous grin from head to toe on 'yours truly' because I miss driving a manual sooooo much! The bouts in the arena being man against lion......Or you could look on the colour wars as war games like the military do to keep their skills honed to perfection for if and when they are called to battle.Also it keeps the spirit de corps alive, nothing wrong with a bit of friendly rivalry.
