FYI to all.. I'm sure it has been noted a few times but here we go again - BA/BF model Falcons:

If you have taken your ICC out and it's coming up with CODE, start the ENGINE, let it run for a minute or two and it should come on automatically. If not re-seat it (take it out and put it back in). Ensure that all cabled under the ICC are plugged in as well.

If you have just bought a BA/BF Falcon and the ICC is saying CODE all the time, whoever sold you this car must have put in a different ICC unit. The ICC unit is tailored for the car. If I take mine out of my car and give it to smicky to put in he's car, it's not going to work until he brings it to ford to get it flashed.

Be very careful when removing the ICC unit. I am sure there is a guide somewhere on this website on how to take the ICC out.

Thanks but Smicky dont what you to divorce your ICC and try to marry it off to the RSpec...

It just dont work!

Each ICC is 'coded' or 'married' if you like to each car - as arjey has said - the service boys will need to reprogram the new icc to work with your car...
