Is ther supposeed to be a bar across the front of the car that the plastic bolts too.. becuase its seems pretty loose and it looks like ther is mounting points but they are not attached to anything a photo with the front bar off would be very helpful

if your bar seems loose, check the black tray under it, sometimes when that breaks/ becomes loose, there will be movement in the bar.
