Hello F6R,

I recently managed to squeeze some some pioneer TS-D1720C splits in the doors. They have a mounting depth of 64.5mm which I sat on 6mm mdf spacers which brings the depth to 58mm. You may have 2-3 mm behind the factory foam door lining but I wouldn't go any deeper than that. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong but this works fine for me. Good luck

You have approx 51mm from the window runner to the door skin plus add an extra say 9mm for an MDF spacer, so you are pushing 60mm of usable mounting depth. So pretty much any speaker you want, even a decent 6.5" woofer would fit.

the PRS woofers are 67mm deep. I have them mounted with 12mm MDF. Pretty close to window but dont hit. Had to trim that back of the door trim cause the woofer hit it. Doesnt affect the strength or look of the doortrim once its back on
