looking for a metallic cat that is a direct replacement for stock one ie required no cutting a welding to replace. does anyone sell something like this?

You can't simply replace the cat by itself without welding. There is a whole section that must be replaced, I am not aware of anyone that makes a full section unless you want to spend some big dollars!

Yeah as Pat said, You have to Cut / Weld to get one on there!!!
