I have a slight knock in the rear end when I put it into 1st or reverse and move off. Got under the car last night and the diff bush looks ok. I wouldn't say there is a crack in the bush but there is a shallow cut. Either way it doesn't look damaged ebough to cause knocking. For those in the know when the bush is cactus what actually causes the knocking/noise etc. I have a replacement fulcrum bush but am now deciding if I should go to the effort of replacing the std ford one. I also have the rattling noise over slights bumps etc, and stuffed diff bushes... Looking to have them replaced under warranty, then do all the future ones myself. This design has so much potential, just flawed in these few areas...
