All you guys with FG utes .. Did you get factory lock nuts with you 18 or 19 inch mags???

If so where was the lock nut key?

Also ford said I should look in my tool bag as it sometimes falls in the corner and gets stuck!!! I didn't get a tool bag was I spose too before I contact the dealer as I would like toi be confident of my argument

Got some trick wireless air suspension fitted to the ute today ... Looks exactly the same as it did the day before except my wallet is shy $$$$$

My lock nut key was sitting in the cup holder in the middle console, so nothing tricky for me at least. I can only assume the tool kit they are referring to is the jack and what not under the passenger seat. Have you had a poke around there? And if that's not the said tool kit......then.....where the heck is mine too?!!!!

As far as your air suspension is concerned....what gives, and where are the pics?

Yeah that's what I figured.. It was just never there and they missed it.. I will get in touch for them to get me a new set with a key now that I had to have the original set removed today ... so much for fitting in the tool bag that's not even there and I pulled the foam thing off and there is no spot for it there either..

Oh well a minor setback that they will hopefully rectify without much trouble

there is no tool bag with the fg, just that cheap looking foam thing behind passenger seat, was disappionted at first but my mate with a bf is jealous as he hates the toolbag with the jack and stuff rattling about.

Its a set of polyair air bags mounted as per normal from the diff u bolts to the chassis.. Its controlled by a 12v compressor and manifold that regulates the increase and decrease of pressure in the bags via a wireless remote control so I can adjust it from either inside the cab or outside the ute watching the effect.. It basically allows me to maintain the xr8 ride height whilst carrying a load right up to and if I wanted right past the max gvm at a dead level ride height.. Not really any benefit to pose trucks more for working utes that want to still run xr suspension.. wont work with lowered leaves lower than xr though as the bags will be too compressed...System monitors pressures whilst you drive and maintains the set pressure every 3 min or so...
