I have removed the stock BOV an put on a after market one ive gotten given to me, does it matter by any chance which hose it connects to from the stock BOV

I have it running to the hose that runs under the crossover which is plumbed back in to the crossover?

yes you connect it to the one running under the crossover towards the front. OViesly block off the other one with a 25mm hose plug or if you want to plumb it back connect it up.

The stock bov is oposite set-up to a aftermarket 1
