Help Help Limp Mode

Hi guyz I have a new atomic engine anyway I took the car back in to get new lifters fitted as one was noisey,and while there we fitted a new plazmaman 1000 hp intercooler kit,now the problem since this has been done the car goes into limp mode every morning but once I turn it of restart the car its fine for the rest of the day with a sh*ttie idle up and down like popping and a miss anyway he called out put another throttle body on it was okay the next day but still had sh*ttie idle up and down ,now its back to limp mode in the morning again until I restart it,now while writing this I just went out and started the car there was no limp mode just sh*ttie idle but you can bet tomorrow it will go into limp mode,(the first day after having this work done pulling into driveway the car cut out but hasnt since),also in the morning when you drive off push clutch in it revs up quite high.also noticed it pinged in fourth gear I buttoned of straight away. any help would be appreciated cheers....Trev

Correct me if I am wrong but that sounds like a temp sensor issue.......... just a guess though as im only thinking back to other cars with similar issues.
