There's a knocking sound eminating from cylinders 5 & 6. Turns out it's the pin that holds the piston to the rod (gudgin pin??). At 1200rpm, especially when cold, it's sound like it's a loose tappet, but Ford say it's an echo in the air surrounding the pin and is not detrimental to the performance of the car or any wear and tear. But it's sounds awful, and they're replacing the engine.
