Damn it Lightning. You got the both indicator lights stay on while flicking on & off when the high beam is turned off in combination with a bunch of warning lights coming on followed by the ABS and TC warning lights staying on when the rest are turned off option!!! You lucky bugger !!!

Hehe, yeah. I'll happily do without it though Booked in with the dealer tomorrow. As it happened on the way home tonight, I suspect it's a loose wire somewhere, we'll see.

For those interested, it was apparently 2 earths behind one of the headlights (sorry, going from memory) that were loose. They also checked that everything else was tight and have advised their PD guys (pre-delivery, I am assuming) to check both the alternator to battery lead and those earths.

Excellent question and I don't want to think about it :( Though, I'm not sure how easily these things would have been to find in advance. I will be, however, writing to Ford to express my disatisfaction with their QC.
