Hey everyone,

Im getting confused about alot of stuff. Ive tried searching but I keep getting side tracked. Please excuse me if I sound like im repeating questions that have been asked before.

Ive got a typhoon, so I have the colour TFT screen.

1. Where are you people getting these cables from that plug into the ICC? I know companys like ASL have them but I dont wanna buy a kit. I wanna use my own head unit.

2. Are you making them?

3. If I run another screen on the roof. do I need a special kind of DVD player to run both screens? (I wanna use an in-dash one, preferrably with tv tuner in built)

4. Just making things clear. Do I need to get a PAL to NTSC converter to run the factory screen if the roof mounted screen is PAL? or do I look for a NTSC roof screen? or it doesnt matter.

hmmm  ,

thanks in advance,

MaccA

1, I have the connections for the ICC's that I can help you out with.

2, I do make them for people

3, this is complicated, but in short the answer is not really. if you run a xbox you can do it because the xbox will output both compisite and RGB signals at the same time.

4, most roof screens will take either a pal or ntsc signal. the key here is to make sure that the device that's outputting the video signal is giving you a rgb ntsc signal for the ICC screen and also whatever signal your roof screen wants too :stirthepot:

if you are looking for ideas then im happy to meet up with you to show you what I've done in my phoon.

cheers

shock.
