My tint installer asked me specifically if I listen to AM....good to go the metallic tint as I dont....

So yeah, FM ok, AM not so OK :)

I have metallic on rear window and it affects all radio stations but only when the window is foggy and that's usaully in the mornings.

Spoke to Solartint today and he has a non-metallic that is as effective as his best metallic tint, only difference is the metallic is a more reflective finish. He also stated if you don't care about AM you can use metallic on rear window.

Metalic tint here, on the Jeep as well, same issue.

FM - all good who needs AM anyhow.
