@Crans: a Writeup will be appreciated.

I have a F6 Tornado, and are busy assembling a carputer for it. Using Asus P5V-VM motherboard, with Silverstone LC19 case.

Ordered 8" LCD from ebay, hopefully it will be a decent unit.

My UTE has prestige sound, will it support the color lcd, or do I nee to get different premium sound icc?

I am quite new to modern Ozzie Fords, so bear with me.

Best regards,

MrBean.

the xbox plugs into the icc without any signal converters. all u need is an xbox with a mod chip an rgb xbox cable(made this my self) and a power inverter. A heap of cabling and a 30amp relay.

I've still got afew things to do like:

Hooking up the remote control sensor

Automatic turn on for the xbox.

switch between xbox and icc

controller ports moved to the front of the car

hoping to have it all finished next weekend

will get some pics up soon

but im having afew problems with the aux audio buzzing and being really low volume.and also the xbox isnt turning on properly but I think this is a problem with the inverter

Yes I do know you can do that, but the hub IMO would be better of in the long run .I.E. adding extra screens,TV tunner, plug in plug out.

Good luck anyway mate :fool:
