Guest EGOXRT Guests Posted 22/08/06 12:43 PM Share Posted 22/08/06 12:43 PM Hi there all. I am about to install an lc6 and was wondering if anyone has already done this?? What I really need to know is, the best place to splice the front speaker wires. Is there a plug near the icc ??? Is the anywhere this can be done in the kick panels?? I have removed the drivers side kick panel an was hoping it could be done through there as removing all this trim is Any advise is appreciated. Forget the back of the ICC.The colour codes for the wires in a BA are as follows:Right Hand Kick PanelFront Right - Grey/Black + Grey/OrangeFront Left Kick PanelFront Left - Orange/Black + OrangeRear Left - Pink/Black + PinkRear Right - Blue/Black + Blue/RedDouble check the color code in your car by removing the speakers and checking. When you open the kick panel, you will see a birds nest of cabling running parallel with each other - except the speaker pairs, they will be twisted together making them easier to identify. Its a fiddly job.Good Luck 1 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/27959-speaker-wire-splice/#findComment-524453 Share on other sites
