Windscreen Repair

Who has had stone chips in the windscreen and have been completely satifisfied by the repair job that the repairer did? Also what windscreen repairer did you use, how much did it cost and was the area that was repaired at all visible afterwards?

I had one repaired by Windscreens O'brien, it was a pretty good job.

Could still see a very small mark where the rock actually impacted the screen, but nothing that has really worried me since. It might worry someone who is a bit anal about that sort of thing.

Not sure what it should cost as it was covered in my lease!! I believe they charge up to about $95 but if not sure...

Check your insurance policy, you may be able to get one windscreen replacement as part of your policy.
