Well it has finally happened

It makes a click click click click click click click click click sound reverse will work once rev the car a bit and theres a big clunk to go forward.

This is one unmodified turbo xr6 This is sh*thouse.

gearbox's dont always die throguh being flogged.. my monaro's box died just putting it into D one night after babying it around.

I drive like a *beep* and they know I do - I still have the same tyres for the last 35000 klicks and they still have heaps of tread.

Bloody hell, that's very disconcerting. Sends a shiver up my spine.

Oh well, at least they know how you treat the car and shouldn't have any problem replacing it under warranty. Good luck anyway, and I'm sorry to hear about all this hassle.

I don't think they could reject a warrenty because your driving the car hard (just say you where driving the car "with specifications" ), especially as they flog it off as a high preformance car...

But good luck with it all...

I have just got my car back from Strap FORD and it is all fixed they fitted a new box and all is ok.

I must say Strap fords service is tops

So its all good
