3 weeks, got it november 2003 with 0 options.

just under a week I think it was....maybe just over a week, only option was premium audio, was very pleased with the time I got it in

3 days... They had to get it from another dealer up the road.

I test drove it with 4 or so km on the clock.

The bad part was not being able to choose the sound option.

The sales man said, "you can only listen to one cd at a time anyway".

Now I'm counting how many times I nearly crash while changing the damn cd !

Last count was about 3 times in 8 months.

Some 3 months for my ute, but only probably 6 weeks for my Typhoon. I could have had one in 3 days - but the timing was not good for me.

I placed an order for an XR6T earlier this month - 6 spd, no options except premium sound. I was told that delivery would be sometime in September, but after chatting with a friend who works at Ford, I was told that sometimes cars are built within a couple of weeks. I also spoke to another XR6T owner who told me that he waited almost 6 months for his.

So I was just curious how long you guys had to wait for yours. Is the 3 months I was originally quoted typical?

Have you got your car yet??? Mine arrived yesterday I happen to drive past and went in to say hello to my dealer and I mentioned I seen a XR same colour as mine in a yard a few blocks down. So at this point we went for a walk and sure enough it was my baby. I pick it up Saturday morning. and let me tell you I cant wait. it took about a month.

I ordered mine 15th March and it was delivered on the 23 June.

I have been in it for month and have 5000 ks of pure excitement.

I have had over 20 cars in my life but nothing comes even close to this as a daily driver.
