Wow…

I just test drove a BA XR8, manual today….. :D

Lets just say it was a quantum leap ahead of the 1.6lt KH laser I currently drive.

I would have test drove the XR6T but as they are so popular no local dealers have any to test drive. Last week I test drove an Auto XT and not surprisingly they are poles apart.

I WILL be placing my order for my XR6T by the end of next week…

I'm sure if you ask nice one of the Canberra lads will show you a working XR6T if you ask - I would but I don't get my car for another 2 months :(

I ordered mine today. late May delivery. I too "can't wait!!!!!!!!"

My cousin and I ordered one together actually. 1 silhouette and 1 blueprint coming to the streets of Canberra in the next couple of months!!!!!!!

Thanks for the offer physc, but I just wouldn't feel right taking someone elses new XR6T out for a spin. I know when I get mine the misses is going to have to wait about 2 months before I trust her behind the wheel :lol:

I'm satisified that the XR8 represents 90% (or more..) of what I'm going to experience in the XR6T. And besides, what are my options? A freekin VY SS or a ricer WRX I don't think so...

Thanks again for the offer though. Several Canberra XR6 owners have been more than generous in offering to let me see thier vehicle options etc. once I get mine we may have to catch up..

With all these XR6T's getting around in Canberra I might have to change my order to Falcon XT, just in order to stand out from the rest of the crowd

You're not wrong. I was following a Phantom XR6T this morning along Canberra Avenue. C'mon, own up, who was it. I was in the Blueprint XR6T.

Wasn't me I was there on Tuesday.

I am still amazed how many XR6T's I see when in Canberra.

Half the cars built since November must be there.

Isher you won't be dissapointed, And yes you should wait to drive your 6T and not take up an offer from these fine people cause it would only make the wait harder!! :D PS I personally think the 6T has it on the 8.
