Delivery At Last

Featured Replies

Well my son finally took delivery of his new XR6T ute on Sunday.

Sunday because that was the day I arrived in Townsville to deliver it to him. The car

was actually delivered (to me) about two and a half weeks earlier.

For you guys (and gals) who thought 40 or 50 kilometers was a lot on a new car when

you took delivery, how about some sympathy for my son who got his “brand new” car

with 4559km on the clock.

There are a couple of pics on the forum of the car when delivered and also with it’s

new wheels, but here is one of how it looked when he took delivery ... this pic taken on Sat morning where we (his Mum and I) stopped for brekky just north of Singleton.

Turboman.. I have a Pursuit due any day now.. And NO way is my "other 1/2" seeing that pic!... She has already said that she can't wait for the "ute" to arrive, so that I can do a load of tree prunings & garden rubbish to the tip!!!!!.........
