I am trying to unlock the cities and there is a cheat but I can`t get it to work.it goes like this.

Go to any city early without four star wanted level.

Get any car and drive to the border between the locked and unlocked area. The locked area is the big region shaded in blue. Do not cross the border yet. Wait until you see a cop, or shoot a pedestian or something to get one star. With this one star, drive over the border and drive around the city for a bit. You will not have a four star wanted level. After this, just kill yourself and you will be at the hospital. After you are out you can roam around the city with no wanted level.

The problem is you cannot drive through the border as they have a barricade up.

Is there something else I should be doing.

Yeah that cheat is utter crap, just play the game, do the missions, its more fun anyway!

yeah I know but I`m old and impatient (36),Have flown to the other cities in my lear jet,jumper out once the F-15 has shot it down and let them chase me through there city till I get sick of them and then swim back home.

I have lost some interest in that game a little, havnt finished it yet. I recon its a little too big and gets boring driving from one place to another all the time. Bought Ratchet and Clank 3, that game rocks.

I thought the same about it being too big dazza. I've done 10% of it and almost am giving up

Agreed that's why unlocking the cities keeps you intrested and you can always go back to other cities when you lose intrest where you are. It is bloody big though isn`t it.

I'm 70% through, but I would say the best way is to go and do the mission to advance, it doesnt take long before you unlock the badlands and then on to san fierro. BTW, has anyone jump the sanchez off the side of the mountain yet and parachuted back down. Coolest thing to watch in action cam mode.

ive finished the game, thought it was good but also think that it is to big but I still enjoyed it took me close to 60 hours of game play

has anyone gotten hold of the San Andreas machinima movie yet?? Its supposed to tell the story about why CJ leaves Liberty City and what happens between there and San Andreas. It also gives some detail about the lives of smoke and the grove street gang.
