Not really fussed about straight line speed want it to be balanced with a good mid range punch. I've got putty road, bells line of road and a number other great backroads to enjoy near me and want the best balance I can get in the car. Straight line speed in secondary, more interested in car balance and punch out of the corners.

HI, I just bought a phantom '03 XR6 turbo auto that's pretty well stock standard apart from 18" ROH wheels. I want to chip it, replace the exhaust and tighten up the handling but have been told a different story by every tuner I've talked to. Whats the best flash tuner? Exhaust options? What springs and shocks do you guys suggest? I not gunna race it but want to improve the handling without killing the ride. I await your expert opinions.
