  1. I've just bought a garrett xr6 turbo for my cortina. I want to run the gt40 compressor cover (.7 a/r, 4 inch bellmouthed inlet). Can I simply remove the original .5 comp cover and replace it with the .7 unit? If not, what else needs to be done? Is the garrett xr6 turbo compressor wheel the same size as the gt40 compressor wheel (62mm)? Thanks.
  2. What size comp wheel did you use? What size is the standard xr6 turbo comp wheel? Was it a straight bolt on? How much did it cost? Thanks.
  3. Do you mean you put the gt35r .7 comp cover on the standard turbo?
  4. I know the compressor cover is a .5 a/r, and I know the turbine housing is a 1.06 a/r. I would like to know what the compressor and turbine wheels sizes are? I would also like to know what psi the wastegate is set at from factory? Also, how difficult would it be to change the .5 compressor cover to a 4 inch bell mouthed inlet, .7 compressor cover from the gt35r? What has to be done specifically? Thanks
