  1. Thanks Kyle173, I am thinking of tuning it higher later, to get more top end power. So the first thing I want to do is get the rear end tight as possible, so when I do get it tuned, I won't end up calling a tow truck. Do you know who makes the heavier CV's ? Cheers
  2. Hi Guys, I just recently bought a BA late 2005 manual F6 Typhoon, that has had a tune to 250RWKW. I want to know if anyone can advice a rear end upgrade, like a complete bush kit and CV joint upgrade. This is my first ford, and I had no intention of buying one. I have always been a ford snob. I walked into a yard, and said I was looking for something with a bit of poke. The guy said what about this (2005 Typhoon) " No thanks" But took it for as spin. HOLY ##### I could not stop grinning. "I'll take it" My only past experience with ford was a Futura I hired in WA that handled like a boat and thought it was going to kill me at 160 KPH. Anyway my wife is now jealous of my new toy. With the massive torque generated, it seems pretty obvious the rear end could do with some increase in strength, or even a freshen up. Can the CV's be rebuilt with new bearings and rollers ? Do standard fords of the BA and BF series use the same CV's as the Typhoon ? And is there a bushing upgrade kit available ? Thanks
