  1. mate, if you have a ba xr6 n/a, the loom should have all the plugs you require bar the extra loom required off the ecu. if not, just get a whole loom. second hand you can pick one up for 175. that's what I did.. piece of mind for electrical purposes. if the wrecker doesnt know much, ask for a ba xr6 na loom. probably cheaper..
  2. but how do u put it under my name?
  3. Hi guys, im not very good with forums, but ill try. Does anyone know how much the above mentioned items are second hand and new? I need the extra loom in the turbo model that the na model does not have. Curious to costs. Can someone PLEASE help me!!! I did ask how to add my location, but SOMEONE has decided to delete my thread requesting parts needed so how else will I know how to use this.. Im not angry, im just disappointed that someone with a higher authority does not spend the time explaining how to add my location instead of deleting my thread...
  4. in saying that, does anyone know where to get a cheap exhaust from dump back? Im in the liverpool area.
  5. well the stock na valve springs will suffer the same fate as stock turbo valve springs. I have been offered stronger valve springs.
  6. hahaha mate, I have a drag car already, this is just the tow car, that is getting slightly tweaked. (cant standard it no more, stock power)
  7. hi guys, I have a ba xt wagon, and would like to convert the windows to all four windows power windows. Can any one help me. Cheers
  8. hi guys, does anyone know where to purchase 42 pound injectors from? Also stock xr6 turbo injectors, what pound are they?
  9. hi, im turbo charging my ba na motor, and was wondering, how the stock dump pipe stacks up to an aftermarket one. Would an aftermarket one be ok, or an aftermarket dump will reap big rewards?
  10. hahaha, u live at bonnyrigg heights, I live at mount pritchard... ill pm you for the number, and I can pick your brains.. but didnt you do an engine conversion, or just the turbo install? I have just heard various stories how it has to be done, need turbo ecu, dont need turbo ecu, need boost solinoid, dont need... very confused...
  11. Hi guys, im in need of help. One forum says one thing, yet another forum says another... Please clear the crap and tell me the facts. Bit of information of what im aiming to do. Basically convert a xt falcon to turbo, but by using the original motor.. I parts I will need for the convertion is: (red is not found) * xr6t fpr * xr6t intercooler and piping * crossover pipe with stock bov * 60lb injectors * walbro intank pump * boost solinoid on intercooler pipe. (Aluminium pipe under battery) * map sensor (under throttle body) I also heard you can get 2 bar maps from a company. * loom for boost solinoid * turbo, turbo manifold, water and oil lines * stock dump pipe, or 3 1/2 inch dump * xr6t oil sump (if I can find one) Now to bolt all the hard parts is not a drama, the problem I face is the boost solinoid... can I not include this, and use an aftermarket boost controller, so I can control the wastegate as well? This will make me not worry about the extra loom and solinoid needed, and I can control the psi levels with an aftermarket boost controller. How do you plumb in the oil and water lines for the turbo? I know the oil drain returns to the sump, not a drama, but the oil feed? Can I tap it off the oil pressure switch, or will this cause dramas? Also the water lines, the pipes off the water elbow, near the inlet is different, so I have come to the conclusion to tap them off the heater hoses.. I also heard the ecus on the turbo model and na model are the same, yet another forum says they are different, to accomodate the boost solinoid.... what is the true answer... If ppl see things that I have said wrong, please tell me, and if you feel that I need to add more to the list, please let me know.
  12. will these converters work for the na 4 speed but turbocharged??
  13. would you happen to know the walbro pump code, on the pump you used? I have a spare, but want to know if its the right one. also I have heard the ba na box is the same as the xr6t box (auto) is that correct. if so ill be happy with keeping my box.
