thanks for the reply, how does the 'r clip' go? like do I push it a certain way? pull a certain way to get it off? is it worth the trouble to change while the turbo is on or should I take the manifold off with turbo on it and change it that way? how long did it take you to change?

hey hows it going im going to attempt to change actuators without taking off the turbo cause I have read that it is possible. only thing is I cant see under the turbo because of the engine mount/brace.. was wondering if anyone can give me a run down or tips of removing it easy, any help will be appreciated. thanks luke

thanks for the quick reply. it has the walbro 340 in it, yea around 4500-5000rpm it just slides down from there. is there an easy way to change it without taking the turbo off? ratter do you supply any? I see alot of cars on here around the 300kw mark with the same mods with out changing cooler. at the moment im just looking at getting around the same mark.

hey just quick question, had the car (bf f6) on the dyno today to tune it. mods include fuel pump,60lb injecters,100 cpi cat. car was making round 280kw at 12psi before the boost started to drop all the way to 6/7 psi. was thinking the waste gate spring cant hold the pressure, so am I right to start looking to upgrade to a 12psi or 15psi waste gate? can anyone tell me where I can source some from? or is there something else I should be looking for? thanks luke

hey Sjorzie ill take the injectors off you as soon as your ready to post them.. I might pass on the flash tuner though sorry, got a good deal from mechanic which included flash tune and tune. need to know as soon as possible when your ready to post so I can transfer money and I can book car in for a tune. thanks luke

haha couldnt get any better..will the flash unit be locked or?? is it as easy as swapping it from one car to the other and putting a custom tune in it and away I go?

it was from a mechanic.. I was after a quote for a tune and letting them know some parts I was looking at getting before the tune. I understand I need a tune after the cat is installed

at this stage im not planning on running e85. at the moment id like to safely run low 300 rwkw if not a bit more when im after more power. so in the long run will the 60lb stand up to the job say 350 odd kw+

thanks for the reply..I got told I wouldnt benefit from replacing the cat on a standard system, id be better off replacing the whole exhaust. I didnt really want to replace the whole exhaust, the power lvl I was looking at is low 300rwkw. ive got the centre muffler removed already and replaced with straight pipes. im located in townsville.

hey guys was wondering is it worth up grading the standard cat to a 100 cell on a standard system. will I benefit from the 100 cell on a standard system? gains in power, better flow etc. thanks luke

hey im currently looking around for a set of injecters and came across a set of seimens deka 60lb from ebay for 350.. does this seem right? thought they would be a bit more exspensive then this. also is it worth an extra $15 to get 80lb or will 60lb be fine to support 300 odd rwkw. thanks luke
