I am new here, learned many information from this place .😃

I bought an oil feed line on eBay, but the banjo bolt couldn't be screwed into engine block side.

Seller told me the thread size is M14, but it seemed to be different with mine.

The car is Ford Falcon BF Sedan 4.0 I XR6 Turbo.

Is there any different with engine block thread size? car / year?

When you buy an oil feed the banjo fitting takes the place of the stock steel line. The only bit that screws into the block is the original fitting, which is shown in the picture below. The banjo fitting goes over that, then the line attaches to the banjo fitting, then you fit the switch on then end to seal it up. Because you are fitting an aftermarket filter you can remove the stock turbo oil feed line filter, which is under the cir-clip in the picture.
