Hi I’m trying to squeeze as much power as I can out of my fg xr6 I want to get a lightened flywheel for it and am not having any luck finding one for an na but I have found some turbo ones and am wondering if they will still bolt up to the na motor with the na tr6060 box with the turbo clutch and flywheel

Thanks

Yes, it will work as the input shaft is the same OD and spline across the N/A and Turbo gearboxes (23mm outer diameter, 26 spline), just the size of the clutch is bigger on the turbo (~280mm on the turbo as compared to the ~256mm N/A one). So as long as you use the bigger flywheel for the turbo along with the turbo clutch, it'll work.

No mate it wont work. You need the matching turbo bellhousing to make it work. Your other option is to get one of the modified 280mm clutch pressure plates and flywheels from mal wood, direct clutch, npc as they have been machined down to fit in the Na fg/ba/bf size bellhousing.
