Turbo for 650hp that wont spend all my money

Just trying to find what a good turbo would be for my build without having to spend $3k, ive been looking at the pulsar gtr3582r gen2, but want to see other peoples suggestions

all turbo's will spend your money one way or another... you only get lucky if the turbo itself isn't expensive and goes in easily haha, which is rare, to say the least.

 

Go with whatever your budget allows if you want 650hp/~485kW at the wheels, but even a high-flowed stock F6 turbo can make that much power. If you actually are looking at 650/485 at the engine instead of the wheels, then the stock F6 turbo can get pretty close to that goal.
